Sébastien Brumeau
Teacher on InsightTimer
I’m Sébastien. I write and record audio tracks and courses for personal and spiritual development. I joined Insight Timer in 2018.I’m a father of three, and I have a particular fondness for ancient texts, mysticism and the allegories of myth. My work comes out of the mythopoetic movement, from Robert Bly to Michael Meade.Thank you for the kind words and the messages of support. Knowing that my audios do at least a little good, or teach you something, is a source of immense pride for me.
I'd like to credit Peter Lainson for his wonderful music, and in particular his piece "Birds in Flight", which you can hear in this free audio.
THE AUDIO AND SCRIPTS SHELF
Not everyone wants a subscription. Some prefer to buy once and keep the files. My audios are now available that way. Two courses are on the shelf for now, and more will follow.
(Booklets with the scripts of my audios, to read, annotate and come back to are on their way too)For the best experience, open this link on a computer
